As a Temporary Porter/Caretaker, you will play a key role in ensuring each building is clean, safe, and well-presented while providing support to residents, visitors, and contractors.

• Hoovering, sweeping, and polishing communal areas
\n
• Litter picking and keeping external areas clean and tidy
\n
• Taking out and collecting bins (up to three times per week)
\n
• Monitoring access to the building and welcoming visitors
\n
• Manning the front desk and assisting residents with queries
\n
• Receiving and assisting with post and courier deliveries
\n
• Maintaining effective communication with residents, the Property Management Company, and Abbatt
\n
• Monitoring contractors working on site
\n
• Carrying out fire alarm testing (site dependent)
\n
• Keeping accurate daily site logs
\n
• Sweeping building entrances and maintaining presentation standards
\n
• Using initiative to resolve day-to-day issues on site
\n
• Completing any additional duties as instructed by management
\n

• Excellent written and spoken English
\n
• Strong communication and customer service skills
\n
• A good understanding of Health & Safety procedures
\n
• Knowledge of fire safety regulations
\n
• A proactive, reliable, and professional approach
\n
• The ability to work independently and use your own initiative
\n

£12.75 - £13.85 per hour
