You will partner with managers and employees to provide expert HR guidance, ensure compliance with UK employment legislation, and drive operational excellence across our People function.The ideal candidate combines strong HR knowledge with excellent relationship-building skills and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Key ResponsibilitiesManaging the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding, probation, internal moves, and offboarding.Ensuring all employee records and HR systems are accurate and up to date.Advise managers on employee relations matters, including performance management, disciplinary procedures, grievances, absence management, and flexible working requests.Support investigations and formal meetings in line with company policies and UK employment law.Promote fair, consistent, and legally compliant people practices.Maintain HRIS data integrity and produce regular people metrics and reports.Support payroll by ensuring timely and accurate people data.Review and improve HR processes to enhance efficiency and employee experience.Ensure GDPR compliance and confidentiality of employee information.Provide coaching and guidance to managers on people-related matters.Support organisational changes, restructures, and workforce planning where required.Assist managers in developing high-performing, engaged teams.Ensure compliance with UK employment legislation and internal policies.Keep HR policies and employee handbooks current and aligned with legal requirements.Support audits and maintain accurate personnel records.Support employee engagement initiatives and wellbeing programmes.Coordinate employee surveys and help implement action plans.Contribute to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging initiatives.Champion company culture and values.Participate in People team projects, including system implementations, policy development, process improvements, and organisational initiatives.Identify opportunities to automate and streamline People Operations.Required profile CIPD Level 5 qualification (or equivalent experience)Experience in a People Operations, HR Advisor, or HR Business Partner roleStrong understanding of UK employment law and HR best practicesExperience handling employee relations casesExcellent organisational and stakeholder management skillsStrong communication and interpersonal abilitiesExperience using HRIS platforms and Microsoft OfficeAbility to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detailWhat we offer diverse career opportunitiescompetitive compensationTPBN1_UKTJ
