Senior Motorcycle & Quad Mechanic

Multi Trades Recruitment is looking for an experienced Senior Motorcycle & Quad Mechanic to join a well-established and growing workshop team.This is a hands-on role suited to a skilled technician with strong diagnostic ability and a passion for working on high-performance motorbikes and off-road vehicles.About the Role:You will be responsible for maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing a wide range of motorcycles and ATVs, working on leading brands such as Yamaha, Honda, Kawasaki, and Polaris .Key Responsibilities:Diagnose and repair complex mechanical and electrical faultsCarry out servicing, maintenance, and full engine rebuildsWork on engines, transmissions, suspension, and braking systemsRepair and maintain fuel-injected systems and ECU diagnosticsPrepare and maintain off-road vehicles (quads/ATVs)Carry out performance tuning and custom builds (where required)Ensure all work meets manufacturer and safety standardsMaintain accurate service records and job reportsSupervise and support junior mechanics and apprenticesAbout You:Essential Requirements:Minimum 5 years experience working on motorcycles and/or ATVsStrong diagnostic and fault-finding abilityExperience with carbureted and fuel-injected enginesKnowledge of electrical systems and modern diagnostic toolsRelevant qualifications (IMI Level 3/4 or equivalent preferred)Full UK driving licence (motorcycle licence desirable)Desirable Skills:Manufacturer training (Yamaha, Honda, Kawasaki etc.)Experience in performance tuning and custom buildsWelding or fabrication skillsMOT Tester qualification (Class 1 & 2)Whats on Offer:Competitive salary based on experienceOngoing training and development opportunitiesOpportunity to work on a wide range of road and off-road vehiclesSupportive team environment with progression opportunitiesINDTEMPWork Location: In personTPBN1_UKTJ
