Line Operator

Location: FlitwickShift Pattern: Friday to MondayHours: 8:00 PM 8:00 AM (12-hour shifts)Pay Rate: £12.95 per hourAttendance Bonus: Receive an additional 50% attendance bonus when all scheduled shifts are attended.We're Hiring! We are looking for reliable and motivated Line Operators to join our production team on a permanent night shift. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and take pride in producing quality work, we'd love to hear from you.What You'll Be Doing Operating and supporting the efficient running of production lines.Packing finished products into cartons and pallets to the required standards.Labelling, sealing and preparing products for dispatch.Carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.Maintaining a clean and safe working environment using a "Clean as You Go" approach.Completing production paperwork and records accurately.Working closely with supervisors, warehouse, maintenance and quality teams.Contributing ideas to improve production processes and efficiency.Assisting with training new operators when required.What We're Looking For Previous experience in a manufacturing or factory environment is preferred.Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.Reliable with excellent timekeeping and attendance.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.A positive attitude and willingness to learn.Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.What We Offer £12.95 per hour50% attendance bonus for attending all scheduled shifts. - £19.43p/hFixed Friday to Monday, 8:00 PM 8:00 AM shift pattern.Full training provided.Opportunities for development and progression.Supportive team environment.Free onsite parking (if applicable).Overtime opportunities may be available.Apply today and become part of a team where quality, safety and teamwork are valued every day.TPBN1_UKTJ
