Machine Operative

Thrive Group are delighted to be working with our client in Warminster, who are looking to recruit a Machine Operative to join their busy manufacturing team on a permanent basis.\n

What you will be doing:\n
\n As a Machine Operative, you will play a key role in ensuring production runs efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.\n
\n

\n
• Setting up, operating and monitoring production machinery.
\n
• Carrying out routine machine adjustments to maintain optimum performance.
\n
• Ensuring products meet quality specifications through regular inspections.
\n
• Reporting machine faults and assisting with basic troubleshooting where appropriate.
\n
• Maintaining excellent housekeeping standards and keeping your work area clean and organised.
\n
• Following all Health & Safety procedures and company policies.
\n
• Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth production operations.
\n

What you will need to succeed:\n

• Previous experience working within a fast-paced manufacturing or production environment.
\n
• Experience operating production or packaging machinery.
\n
• A good understanding of quality standards and health & safety procedures.
\n
• The ability to work efficiently to production targets while maintaining attention to detail.
\n
• A positive, reliable and flexible approach to work.
\n
• Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
\n
• A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn new skills.
\n
