What you will be doing:\n
\n As a Machine Operative, you will play a key role in ensuring production runs efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.\n

- Setting up, operating and monitoring production machinery. \n
- Carrying out routine machine adjustments to maintain optimum performance. \n
- Ensuring products meet quality specifications through regular inspections. \n
- Reporting machine faults and assisting with basic troubleshooting where appropriate. \n
- Maintaining excellent housekeeping standards and keeping your work area clean and organised. \n
- Following all Health & Safety procedures and company policies. \n
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth production operations. \n

- Previous experience working within a fast-paced manufacturing or production environment. \n
- Experience operating production or packaging machinery. \n
- A good understanding of quality standards and health & safety procedures. \n
- The ability to work efficiently to production targets while maintaining attention to detail. \n
- A positive, reliable and flexible approach to work. \n
- Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team. \n
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn new skills. \n

- Competitive salary of £28,914.60 per annum. \n
