The Role:
\n You'll be leading a team within the Sub-Assembly divison, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while driving performance, quality, and continuous improvement.
\n Key responsibilities include:

  • Supervising and motivating a skilled team of machinists

  • Ensuring production targets and quality standards are met
  • \n
  • Driving efficiency, productivity, and best practice on shift
  • \n
  • Acting as the key point of contact for operational issues

  • Supporting a culture of safety, accountability, and teamwork
