This is a hands-on role requiring organisation, drive, excellent communication skills and a clear understanding of customer needs.

Experience selling Europe is a must!

Main Responsibilities\n

Sales & Service

\n

\n
• \n

  Provide exceptional sales and service for clients travelling to your region, converting new enquiries and retaining existing accounts.

\n
• \n

  Communicate with clients via phone, email and in person.

\n
• \n

  Maintain up-to-date specialist knowledge through research, analysis, competitor review and travel.

\n
• \n

  Work closely with Service, Product and Marketing teams to ensure flawless delivery and continuous product improvement.

\n
• \n

  Support the Region Manager with daily operations, including recruitment and training.

\n

\n
Relevant Experience\n

\n
• \n

  Demonstrable passion for and knowledge of Europe.

\n
• \n

  25 years work experience; bespoke Europe travel experience,

\n
• \n

  Experience living/working in the region is a plus.

\n
• \n

  Strong communication skills and a personable manner.

\n
