Key Responsibilities:

* Managing busy diaries, coordinating meetings and arranging UK and international travel* Preparing, formatting and amending legal documents* Acting as a key point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders, delivering exceptional service in both English and Italian* Assisting with matter administration and document management* Supporting wider team initiatives, events and ad-hoc projects* Managing expenses, billing and other administrative tasks as required

What we're looking for:

* 5+ years' demonstrable experience as a Legal Secretary within a top City or US law firm* Fluent Italian, both written and spoken, is essential* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines* Excellent communication skills and a professional, client-focused approach* High levels of accuracy and attention to detail* A proactive and adaptable team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced and demanding environment* Strong Microsoft Office skills
