A well-established South Yorkshire law firm is looking to recruit an Employment Solicitor/legal exec/fee earner to join its growing team in Doncaster. This is a strong opportunity to handle a broad mix of contentious and non-contentious employment matters while building lasting relationships with both employer and employee clients.

You will manage your own caseload covering:

• Unfair dismissal, discrimination and whistleblowing claims
\n
• Redundancy and settlement agreements
\n
• Disciplinary and grievance advice
\n
• Drafting contracts of employment and workplace policies
\n
• Providing strategic HR and risk management advice to business clients
\n

The firm is seeking a qualified solicitor with solid employment law experience, confident managing matters independently and representing clients in the Employment Tribunal where required. Commercial awareness, strong client care skills and a practical, solutions focused approach are essential.
