\nThe Role
\nAs a Business Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring efficient office operations while providing administrative support across the business. Acting as a first point of contact for clients and visitors, you'll combine strong organisation skills with a professional and customer-focused approach.
\nKey Responsibilities

- Managing incoming calls, emails, and correspondence \n
- Maintaining and updating filing systems, including digital records \n
- Coordinating diaries, meetings, and appointments \n
- Preparing documents, reports, and presentations \n
- Ordering and managing office supplies \n
- Welcoming visitors and handling enquiries professionally \n
- Supporting client onboarding and associated administration processes \n
- Preparing and issuing invoices \n
- Carrying out credit checks and processing payments \n
- Assisting with credit control activities \n
- Providing general administrative support across the business as required \n
What We're Looking For

- Previous administration experience within an office environment \n
- Strong verbal and written communication skills \n
- Confident IT user with good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications \n
- Excellent organisational and time management skills \n
- High attention to detail and accuracy \n
- Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks effectively \n
- Professional and customer-focused approach \n
- Comfortable handling confidential and sensitive information \n
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English \n
