The Role

As a Business Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring efficient office operations while providing administrative support across the business. Acting as a first point of contact for clients and visitors, you'll combine strong organisation skills with a professional and customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
  • \n
  • Maintaining and updating filing systems, including digital records
  • \n
  • Coordinating diaries, meetings, and appointments
  • \n
  • Preparing documents, reports, and presentations
  • \n
  • Ordering and managing office supplies
  • \n
  • Welcoming visitors and handling enquiries professionally
  • \n
  • Supporting client onboarding and associated administration processes
  • \n
  • Preparing and issuing invoices
  • \n
  • Carrying out credit checks and processing payments
  • \n
  • Assisting with credit control activities
  • \n
  • Providing general administrative support across the business as required
  • \n

What We're Looking For

  • Previous administration experience within an office environment
  • \n
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • \n
  • Confident IT user with good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • \n
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • \n
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • \n
  • Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • \n
  • Professional and customer-focused approach
  • \n
  • Comfortable handling confidential and sensitive information
  • \n
  • GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English
  • \n
