Office Co-ordinator, Office Administrator, Office Assistant, 3 month FTC initially, Central Manchester

Office Co-ordinator / Office Administrator / Office Assistant / Workplace Co-ordinator required to work for a fast growing Professional Services business based in the centre of Manchester. This will be a 09:00 – 17:00 role that is 100% office based. Initially this is a 3 month Fixed Term Contract (FTC) with the chance to extend or maybe even go permanent.

First and foremost, we need someone who is immediately available (or almost immediately available) as this is an urgent role. We need an all-rounder – someone with a fantastic attitude and personality, who is prepared to get stuck in and simply get the job done.

\n

\n

Some days you will be dealing with facilities, service delivery, opening post, health and safety, sitting on reception – whatever it takes and whatever is required. Nothing will be too much for this person to deal with and it will all be done with a big smile!

\n

\n

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

  • Experience covering key aspects of the above criteria (preferably a Professional Services firm or something similar).
  • \n
  • Proficient IT skills – Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint systems, although full in-house training will be provided.
  • \n
  • Working with multiple suppliers with different services.
  • \n
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • \n
  • Confidential and diplomatic approach in dealing with clients and colleagues.
  • \n
  • Proficient in professional communication via phone, email, and Teams and capable of establishing and maintaining professional working relationships.
  • \n
  • Reliable and trustworthy.
  • \n
  • Experience of working to tight deadlines, multitasking and not losing sight of priorities.
  • \n
  • Accurate numerical and accounting skills.
  • \n
  • Experience of using all office equipment (e.g. Photocopiers, printers, phones, computer hardware & software, video conference equipment) and being prepared to troubleshoot where necessary, given the appropriate support from London Facilities/IT teams (although full training on our systems will be provided).
