CNC Operator

Pertemps are working with an established manufacturing business located in Alton who are looking for an experienced CNC Setter and Operator to join their growing team. Responsibilities as a CNC Setter and Operator :\n

\n
• Setting and operating of two different CNC Machines, predominately lathes
\n
• Inspection of own work to ensure it meets quality standards
\n
• Reading technical drawings
\n
• De-burring
\n
• Manual Turning/ milling
\n

Requirements:\n

\n
• Experience in setting and operating CNC Machines
\n
• TIG welding experience is advantageous
\n
• Hard working and reliable
\n
• Excellent attention to detail
\n
• Ability to work as part of a small manufacturing team.
\n

The CNC Setter & Operator role:\n

\n
• Based in Alton
\n
• Monday – Friday, 8am – 4.30pm
\n
• £14 per hour, rising to £14.50 after 3 months
\n
• 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays (increasing with length of service)
\n
