Forensic Accounting Manager / Senior Manager

Your new companyA leading forensic accounting and disputes practice is seeking an experienced Forensic Accounting Manager to join its growing team in London. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified accountant with a strong background in dispute advisory, litigation support, investigations, and expert witness assignments to work on high-profile and complex cases across a broad range of industries.Your new roleWorking closely with the firm's Partners and expert witnesses, you will manage a diverse portfolio of forensic assignments, supporting clients, legal teams, funders and tribunals on complex accounting, financial and valuation issues.You will be involved in matters including:

• Commercial litigation and arbitration.
\n
• Shareholder and partnership disputes.
\n
• Business and share valuations.
\n
• M&A and post-acquisition disputes.
\n
• Breach of contract and loss of profit claims.
\n
• Investment treaty and international arbitration matters.
\n
• Expert determinations and independent expert appointments.
\n
• Damages assessments and financial loss quantification
\n

What you'll need to succeed

\n
• ACA, ACCA or equivalent professional qualification.
\n
• Strong experience within forensic accounting, disputes, litigation support or valuation services.
\n
• Experience quantifying financial losses and preparing evidence for contentious matters.
\n
• Excellent financial modelling, analytical and investigative skills.
\n
• Strong report writing and communication abilities.
\n
