Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting fee earners on a full range of residential conveyancing transactions
\n
• Managing files from instruction through to completion under supervision
\n
• Handling sales, purchases, transfers of equity, and remortgages
\n
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and third parties
\n
• Drafting contracts, SDLT forms, and Land Registry applications
\n
• Carrying out searches and preparing reports on title
\n
• Providing excellent client care and maintaining strong relationships
\n

Key Requirements:

\n
• Previous experience as a Conveyancing Paralegal or Legal Assistant within a property team
\n
• Strong understanding of the conveyancing process from instruction to completion
\n
• Experience handling a high volume caseload in a fast-paced environment
\n
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
\n
• Strong communication and client-facing ability
\n
• A proactive and career-driven mindset
\n

Desirable:

\n
• Law degree or relevant legal qualification
\n
• Experience working in a high street or regional law firm environment
\n
• Ability to handle files with minimal supervision
\n
