- Managing the day-to-day running of the office \n
- Ensuring the workspace is professional, organised and fully stocked \n
- Coordinating suppliers, facilities and office maintenance \n
- Liaising with building management and external service providers \n
- Supporting basic IT coordination and arranging external support where required \n
- Processing office expenses, invoices and general administration \n
- Managing shared inboxes and directing enquiries appropriately \n

- Organising team socials, celebrations and company events \n
- Coordinating an annual calendar of employee engagement activities \n
- Supporting initiatives that promote a positive and collaborative workplace culture \n
- Recognising employee milestones and achievements \n
- Bringing fresh ideas to enhance the overall employee experience \n

- Coordinating onboarding for new employees \n
- Preparing equipment, system access and induction materials \n
- Creating a welcoming and organised first-day experience \n
- Supporting wider people, wellbeing and development initiatives \n
- Providing administrative support across operational projects when required \n

- Creating and scheduling engaging content across social media platforms \n
- Designing marketing materials and graphics using Canva \n
- Capturing content from company events and office activities \n
- Supporting employer branding and recruitment marketing campaigns \n
- Monitoring engagement and identifying opportunities to improve content performance \n

- Enthusiastic, creative and full of initiative \n
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail \n
- Confident managing multiple priorities in a busy environment \n
- A strong communicator with excellent written and verbal skills \n
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Canva and social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn \n
- Tech-savvy with a proactive approach to problem solving \n
- Experienced in organising events and liaising with suppliers \n
- Passionate about creating a positive workplace experience \n
