An opportunity to combine career progression with an exceptional quality of life A leading Bermuda law firm is seeking a senior litigation lawyer at Counsel / Junior Partner level to join and help grow its Dispute Resolution practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced restructuring and insolvency litigator to take a meaningful role within a highly regarded boutique-style firm, with the opportunity to develop a practice, mentor junior lawyers and play a key role in the continued growth of the team. The ideal Senior Restructuring & Insolvency Litigation Lawyer will have:\n

• Significant experience in contentious litigation and restructuring & insolvency matters;
\n
• Strong court advocacy skills and experience handling complex, high value disputes;
\n
• Experience managing matters independently, including leading files and advising clients through challenging commercial situations;
\n
• Experience working on cross-border disputes and international matters;
\n
• Previous experience within an island or offshore jurisdiction (ideally Bermuda, Cayman, Jersey, Guernsey, BVI or similar);
\n
• A strong commercial approach, excellent client relationship skills and the ability to develop trusted professional relationships;
\n
• A genuine interest in mentoring and supporting more junior lawyers.
