  • Review, monitor, and improve internal control processes.
  • \n
  • Assist in compiling and reviewing Group and Statutory financial reports for accuracy and compliance.
  • \n
  • Coordinate with internal and external auditors.
  • \n
  • Liaise with internal teams (e.g, Business Services) to ensure seamless financial support.\n
      \n
    • Stock: Ensure procedures are followed, stock checks are regular, and discrepancies are resolved promptly.
    • \n
    • WIP: Maintain control and validation of work-in-progress balances.
    • \n
  • \n
  • Support acquisition and integration activities: \n
      \n
    • Transition legacy accounting standards to Group compliance.
    • \n
    • Assist with SAP setup and data extraction for new acquisitions.
    • \n
    • Reconcile system balances and conduct balance sheet reviews.
    • \n
    • Develop and implement improved reporting processes pre-integration.
    • \n
    • Collaborate on integration projects and data analysis.
    • \n

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on financial experience with strong accounting knowledge.

  • Solid Working knowledge of SAP.
  • \n
  • Detail-orientated with a strong commitment to accuracy and deadlines.
  • \n
  • Comfortable working independently and asking for support when needed.
  • \n
  • Analytical mindset with a proactive, solution-orientated approach.

Job Offer

  • Salary: £48,000-£58,000 depending on experience.
  • \n
  • Working hours of either 8:00am-4:00pm or 9:00am-5:00pm.

  • Fulltime office based in Warrington for training, then one day a week from home
