Earn up to £48,000 FTE in this part-time Nurse Manager role, overseeing a small caseload of just six bespoke complex care packages across West Yorkshire. Their experienced multidisciplinary teams are committed to helping people live safely and independently at home while maintaining exceptional standards of clinical governance. The Role Manage a caseload of six bespoke complex care packages. Complete comprehensive clinical assessments and develop person-centred care plans. Provide clinical leadership and support to care teams, ensuring the highest standards of care. Work collaboratively with families, CHC teams, commissioners and community professionals. Monitor clinical governance, medication management and care quality across your caseload.About You Registered Nurse (NMC). Experience supporting children within a community or complex care setting. Experience caring for clients with tracheostomies and mechanical ventilation.
