The Regional Director is the go-to-market leader for the region, responsible for driving business growth, market expansion and customer success. Accountable for ACV and ARR growth, this role leads the regional GTM strategy, accelerates new business, strengthens customer and partner relationships, and delivers exceptional business performance.

\n

We are looking for a proven business leader with a strong track record of building and leading high-performing sales, pre-sales, partner and customer success teams in complex, competitive markets. As a member of the Western Leadership team, you will also contribute to the broader business strategy and growth of the organization.

Key Responsibilities\n

  • Lead the Check Point business inUK and Irelandmarkets
  • \n
  • Focus onacquiringnew customers, developing enterprise and sales channels, enhancing the performance of existing distributors/VARs, and expanding market coverage through partnerships
  • \n
  • Develop and implement a customer acquisition strategyutilizingboth direct outreach and the partner ecosystem
  • \n
  • Enhance Check Point's visibility in the market through direct engagement with major accounts, technology consultants, specialized media, and active participation in trade shows and Check Point seminars
  • \n
  • Oversee the entire sales process andestablishmetrics for effective sales funnel management.
  • \n
  • Manage daily and weekly operations, including pipelines, forecasts, and closed deals, to achieve results exceeding quotas through effective pipeline management
  • \n
  • Provide strong leadership, vision, and guidance to the sales team in meeting sales targets, cultivating new business, and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • \n
  • Continuously mentor and develop the sales team, including recruiting, onboarding, and trainingnew salesrepresentatives
  • \n
  • Own and elevate Check Point’s regional brand in partnership with Marketing, driving strong market awareness and clear articulation of our innovation strategy and differentiated value across customers, partners, industry bodies, and media.

  • Build and lead a high-performance sales culture grounded in company values, emphasizing people, customer impact, discipline,qualityand results.

Qualifications\n
    \n
  • Minimum 15 years of relevant sales experience in the IT industry within theUK and Irelandregion, with a strong understanding of market dynamics and cultural nuances
  • \n
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the IT security landscape
  • \n
  • Proven success inidentifyingand developing new business opportunities in the competitiveUK and Irelandmarket
  • \n
  • Demonstrated experience in building and leading diverse, high-performance sales teams
  • \n
  • Experience working in dynamic and virtual organizations
