Facilities Administrator – Temporary (3 months)

Charity / Non-Profit OrganisationLocation: N1, office-basedHours: Monday–Friday, full-time 8am- 4pm

Pay: Up to £17 per hour (depending on experience)

About the Role

\n

A busy charity/non-profit organisation is seeking a proactive Facilities Administrator to provide support across their head office and wider UK sites. You’ll assist with general facilities administration, ordering supplies, supporting the helpdesk, and helping ensure the smooth running of the office.

Key Responsibilities

    \n
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Facilities team
  • \n
  • Support reception when required
  • \n
  • Maintain tidy and well-organised office areas (meeting rooms, kitchens, reception etc.)
  • \n
  • Prepare meeting and conference rooms
  • \n
  • Monitor and respond to helpdesk tickets and shared mailbox enquiries
  • \n
  • Conduct regular stock checks and order consumables
  • \n
  • Assist with procurement of equipment, services, and goods
  • \n
  • Administer contracts such as telecoms and utilities
  • \n
  • Support health & safety checks and record-keeping
  • \n

Skills & Experience

    \n
  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly, helpful manner
  • \n
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise work
  • \n
  • Experience using Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • \n
  • Ability to remain calm and professional when dealing with queries
  • \n
  • Experience working within a team environment
  • \n
  • Salesforce experience (desirable but not essential)
  • \n
