TEAM ASSISTANTOur clients' Global Markets Division is seeking a Team Assistant to provide high-level administrative support in a high-pressure, client-focused and exceptionally fast-paced environment. This role requires proactive, motivated and organised individuals with strong teamwork skills and the ability to manage competing priorities. - Managing extensive calendars for large teams, including MD and Partner-level \n
- Coordinating and scheduling meetings, conference calls, Zooms and video conferences \n
- Handling a high volume of phone calls and emails, relaying information in a timely manner \n
- Coordinating room bookings for internal and external meetings across multiple locations \n
- Coordinating international and domestic travel arrangements, including visas, flights, accommodation and car bookings \n
- Implementing divisional policies and providing guidance to team members \n
- Processing and preparing expenses in a timely manner \n
- Taking on ad hoc tasks while maintaining workflow \n
- Supporting teams with day-to-day issues, needs and queries \n
- Providing phone and holiday coverage for colleagues as required \n

- Having 2–3 years’ experience as an assistant, ideally within financial services \n
- Using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook to a strong standard \n
- Prioritising a variety of competing and time-sensitive tasks \n
- Demonstrating dependability and high attention to detail while multitasking effectively \n
- Communicating consistently and professionally in person, on the phone and by email to senior executives \n
- Collaborating as a strong team player and performing well under pressure in a changing environment \n
- Adapting flexibly to support across multiple teams \n
- Being resourceful and using own initiative in solving issues \n
- Maintaining a proactive approach to diary and workload management \n
- Exercising discretion when handling confidential business matters \n
- Demonstrating a positive and approachable demeanour with a can-do attitude \n
