Band 5 Theatre Practitioner – Scrub / Recovery / Anaesthetic

Location: West Sussex (Brighton, Haywards Heath & Chichester)

Pay: £25–£28 per hour

• Work within Scrub, Recovery, and/or Anaesthetic areas according to your competencies
\n
• Assist multidisciplinary teams in providing safe and effective surgical care
\n
• Prepare and maintain theatre equipment and clinical environments
\n
• Monitor and support patients throughout the perioperative pathway
\n
• Adhere to infection prevention, patient safety, and clinical governance standards
\n
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
\n
• Support colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment
\n

\n
• Active NMC or HCPC registration
\n
• Minimum 6 months NHS theatre experience within the last 2 years
\n
• Experience in Scrub, Recovery, and/or Anaesthetic practice
\n
• Right to work in the UK
\n
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
\n
• Up-to-date mandatory training and compliance
\n
• Willingness to declare any DBS convictions
\n
