I'm delighted to be exclusively partnered with a property company based in the Wigan area in their search for a Management Accountant. This will be a progressive role reporting into a brilliant Finance Director who aims to be a mentor to the successful candidate.

• Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports.

• Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes.
\n
• Monitor and analyse financial performance against budgets.
\n
• Support cash flow management and financial planning.
\n
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
\n
• Provide accurate financial data to assist decision-making.
\n
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve financial queries.
\n
• Contribute to process improvements within the accounting function.
\n

Profile

A successful Management Accountant should have:

• Professional accounting qualification (ACCA/ACA/CIMA)
\n
• Strong knowledge of management accounting practices and principles.
\n
• Experience in preparing financial reports and budgets.
\n
• Proficiency with financial software and Excel.
\n
• An analytical mindset and attention to detail.
\n
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
\n

Job Offer

\n
• Salary ranging from £50,000 to £55,000, dependent on the level of experience.
\n
• 25 days of holiday plus 8 bank holidays.
\n
• OFFICE-BASED role - with some flexi around start times etc.
\n
