Residential Support Worker / Senior Residential Support Worker

Location: Wythenshawe, with occasional travel to Warrington for training and 1x monthly team meetings.

Shifts: 24hr (10am-10am), 15hr (7:30am-10:30pm) & 9hr waking nights (10:30pm-07:30am)

Contracts: Full Time (2 on 3 off shift pattern) or Bank (Flexible working)

The essentials/desirables:

\n
• Level 3 in Children’s Residential Care (or willing to work towards it)
\n
• Willing to complete an enhanced DBS
\n
• A full UK Driving Licence (desirable)
\n

Extra credit if you’ve got:

• Experience working with young people or residential care experience
\n
• Knowledge of the sector
