Job Description
We are a growing, ambitious accountancy practice seeking to appoint a Corporate Finance Manager to develop our corporate finance offering.
\nThis is a high-impact role in a lean business, working directly with the partners to:

- Build a scalable corporate finance function \n
- Deliver high-quality advisory work across the full deal lifecycle \n
- Drive fee growth and originate new opportunities \n
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the firm’s future, with a clear route to leadership.
\nKey Responsibilities
\n1. Deal Execution & Technical Delivery
\nManage corporate finance engagements across:
\n- \n
- Business disposals (trade sales, exit planning) \n
- Acquisitions and buy-side advisory \n
- Management buyouts (MBOs) and Employee Ownership Trusts (EOTs) \n
- Financial due diligence (vendor and buy-side) \n
- Business valuations and strategic option reviews \n
- Debt and equity fundraising \n
Work will typically involve:
\n- \n
- Financial modelling and valuation analysis \n
- Preparation of Information Memoranda and reports \n
- Managing data rooms and due diligence processes \n
- Liaising with clients, banks, lawyers, and other stakeholders \n
- Identifying key risks, value drivers, and deal adjustments \n
2. Client Management

- Act as day-to-day lead adviser on transactions \n
- Build strong relationships with owner-managed businesses \n
- Translate technical analysis into clear commercial advice \n
- Manage client expectations, timelines, and deliverables \n
3. Business Development & Growth

- Drive origination of new corporate finance work from: \n

- Existing client base \n
- Professional introducers (banks, lawyers, IFAs) \n

- Identify cross-selling opportunities with accounts, tax, and audit teams \n
4. Team Leadership & Development

- Review work outputs and maintain quality standards \n

Person Specification
\nEssential Experience

- Proven experience in corporate finance or transaction services \n
- Strong track record across M&A / advisory engagements \n
- Experience managing multiple projects and delivering to deadlines \n
- Demonstrable client-facing and stakeholder management experience \n
Technical Skills

- Advanced financial modelling and valuation capability \n
- Strong understanding of: \n

Qualifications
