Interim Housing Transformation Programme Manager

Based in London, hybrid working – 2 days on site per week

Length: Initial 6 months

We are working with a London Local Authority who are looking to appoint an interim Transformation Programme Manager to drive preparation for Regulator of Social Housing inspection

To be successful in this role you, you will:

• Bring direct experience of inspection in a local authority/housing association/ALMO setting
\n
• Be able to evidence contribution to the achievement of a C1 or C2 rating upon inspection
\n
• Review and critique our evidence base against the 4 existing Consumer Standards, identifying gaps and weaknesses and identifying tasks for delivery of full compliance
\n
• Report to DMT on progress towards inspection readiness and advise Heads of Service on the completion of reports to the standard required
\n
• Review the evidence being developed for compliance with the Competence and Conduct Standard and assist with determining and driving the workplan for full compliance
\n
• Support self-assessment against the Standards, bringing analytical and critical friend perspective to objectively assessing our compliance and inspection rating level
\n
• Rate the robustness of all evidence against the Standards and advise on where additional audit or external review is required in order to gain assurance
\n
• Translate experience gained in previous inspection to optimise our evidence base, present a consistent and coherent narrative and present effectively to inspectors
