Freightserve recruitment are looking for a Freight Customer Service Agent for a worldwide Freight Forwarder based in the Ashford, Middlesex area.

Daily Duties
\n
\n - Quoatations
\n - Completing all documentation
\n - Arranging shipments (Import and Export)
\n - Dealing with customers (telephone and email)
\n - Monitoring shipments and updating clients on the shipments progress
\n - Customer Service (Building and maintaining relationships)
\n
\n
Key Skills
\n
\n - Experience within freight forwarding (Import or Export)
\n - Customer service skills.
\n - IT Literate
\n
\n
Working hours are Monday to Friday
\n
