Regional Subsidence Surveyor

Rapidly expanding Subsidence Division of national surveying practice seeks to strengthen its team through the appointment of a Regional Subsidence Surveyor operating across the north of England.

• You will be home-based handling domestic subsidence losses for diverse clients including loss adjusters, housing associations, councils and private individuals.
\n
• You will handle a caseload of no more than 60 losses but be required to manage these on your own undertaking schedules of repair and project managing all losses through to a conclusion.

About you:

\n
• Candidates must essentially be either MCIOB or MRICS qualified and experienced in handling domestic subsidence losses across the north including Sheffield, Leeds, Manchester and Newcastle.
\n
• You should be comfortable with remote working and be self-disciplined.
\n

Salary & Benefits:

Basic salary up to around £60,000 with a generous fee-related bonus worth at least £20,000 annually plus either company car or car allowance, pension, private medical care and 25 days annual holiday.
