\n Our client in Newcastle upon Tyne is seeking to recruit a Finance Business Partner, salary in the £45,000 to £50,000 salary range.The business has an consistent record of growth,and profitable trading with the capacity to provide execellent opportunities for growth and career advancement.At a detailed level the role will involve liasion with most functions of the business providing exposure to the followingMedium and longer term financial financial planning Variance analysis Data review to develop better decision making and improve financial performanceAssistantce with systems development/upgradesCash flow forecastingPotential candidates should have a understanding of accounting fundamentals being either CCAB qualified or working towards this. Potential canddiates should meet some fo the following criteria, although attitude and a willingness to learn will also be importantKnowledge of financial planning and budgeting A strong team working ethic, a good collaboratorCompetent in IT packages such as Excel, Word & PowerPoint Business awareness with good communication/questioning skills Basic salary is likely to be in the £45,000 to £50,000 range with benefits and flexible start/finish times, although the role is site based 5 days a week.\n
