Float Legal Secretary

Are you an experienced Legal Secretary looking to join a prestigious international law firm?

We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Legal Secretary to provide comprehensive support to a team of lawyers within a fast-paced and professional environment. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative team where your contribution will be highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing, amending and formatting legal documents and correspondence
\n
• Managing diaries, emails and telephone enquiries
\n
• Printing, scanning, copying and file management
\n
• Maintaining electronic and paper filing systems
\n
• Liaising with lawyers, clients and internal support teams
\n
• Providing administrative support across the wider legal support function when required
\n

About You:

\n
• Previous Legal Secretary experience, ideally within a law firm or professional services environment
\n
• Fast and accurate typing skills (70wpm preferred)
\n
• Advanced Microsoft Word skills with working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
\n
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
\n
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
\n
• Proactive, flexible and client-focused approach
\n
