Client Relationship Manager Financial Services Administrator
\nLeicester (our Ref AL1418) office based with potential of hybrid after qualifying period
\nSalary to c£27,000 pa + benefits
\nI am currently recruiting for a Client Relationship Manager (Financial Services Administrator) to join an award-winning Wealth Management Company in Leicester.The successful applicant work within a team of CRMs and be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients alongside a Wealth Management Consultant.
\nMore about the role:
\nWork closely with the consultants to support and ensure clients needs are met
\nPreparation work for client meetings
\nAttending clients meetings, taking meeting notes (on/off site)
\nCoordinating action points from meetings and completing work required
\nResponsible for communication with clients (phone calls/emails etc.)
\nResearching and collation of information in relation to advice being given to clients
\nLiaising with external providers on client queries
\nRequesting illustrations required in respect of new and existing business
\nProcessing of new business completed in line with compliant procedures and policies
\nUpdating client records and electronic folders
\nAbility to use cashflow modelling software to aid the wealth management and estate planning process
\nThe successful applicant will:
\nHave a minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
\nPossess an understanding of financial services including investments, pensions and estate planning
\nHave excellent customer service skills and attention to detail
\nBe able to proactively manage client affairs in a prompt and efficient manner
\nHave excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate clearly and precisely, both verbally and in writing
\nHave an organised approach with the ability to prioritise workload and remain flexible in a fast-paced environment
\nBe able to work in a team within an open office environment
\nBe honest and resilient, with the ability to resolve issues sooner rather than later
