The Role:
\n You'll be leading a team within the Sub-Assembly divison, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while driving performance, quality, and continuous improvement.
\n Key responsibilities include:

- Supervising and motivating a skilled team of machinists \n
- Ensuring production targets and quality standards are met \n
- Driving efficiency, productivity, and best practice on shift \n
- Acting as the key point of contact for operational issues \n
- Supporting a culture of safety, accountability, and teamwork \n
