Chartered Building Surveyor

Manchester The role combines commercial project work with professional building surveying instructions across a multidisciplinary property consultancy, taking responsibility for client commissions from instruction through to delivery. Responsibilities * Deliver technical due diligence instructions for commercial property * Administer refurbishment and repair contracts through all project stages * Advise on dilapidations, landlord and tenant matters and Party Wall instructions * Prepare planned maintenance programmes, reinstatement cost assessments and Licences for Alterations * Undertake project monitoring and coordinate multidisciplinary technical input Requirements * MRICS Building Surveyor * Newly Chartered or post-qualification Building Surveying experience * Commercial technical due diligence experience * Contract administration experience * Knowledge of dilapidations and landlord and tenant matters Salary & Package * £45,000–£65,000 basic salary * Car allowance * Discretionary and fee-related bonus schemes * Tax-free employee ownership bonus after 12 months * Hybrid working, private healthcare, pension, paid professional subscriptions and enhanced annual leave 📩 Apply by submitting your CV or contact us directly for more information with no obligation
