Senior Quantity Surveyor - Infrastructure

Cardiff | Up to £65,000 + Benefits | Hybrid Working I'm recruiting on behalf of a highly regarded infrastructure consultancy that is continuing to grow its commercial team in Cardiff. This opportunity offers the chance to work on a broad portfolio of infrastructure schemes across Rail, Highways, Water, Utilities and Major Infrastructure, delivering projects for public and private sector clients throughout Wales and the wider UK. The Role As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll take ownership of commercial delivery across multiple projects while supporting less experienced surveyors and maintaining strong client relationships. Key responsibilities: Delivering pre and post-contract Quantity Surveying services NEC contract administration Managing cost reporting and forecasting Compensation event management Procurement and tender support Valuations and commercial reporting Stakeholder engagement Mentoring junior team members About You You'll ideally have: Senior Quantity Surveying experience within infrastructure NEC3 or NEC4 experience Consultancy, contractor or client-side background Excellent commercial and contractual knowledge Strong communication and organisational skills A proactive approach to project delivery Benefits Salary up to £65,000 Hybrid working Competitive pension scheme 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays Professional development and chartership support Clear career progression Varied project portfolio Supportive and collaborative cultureIf you're ready to join a consultancy with an excellent reputation and exciting project pipeline, I'd love to hear from you.
