\n GP (Senior Partner); Karen is a formidable and no-nonsense Doctor; she cares deeply for her patients, but doesn’t suffer fools gladly, and won’t mollycoddle anyone; patients who fail to follow her instructions, or who waste her time, get short shrift. Dr Wilton expects things to be done properly; procedures to be followed, “t”‘s crossed, and “i”‘s dotted; when she’s in the surgery, everyone sits up a little straighter, and things run a little smoother; when she’s away…well, things relax a bit more.
