Were seeking an experienced and proactive Email Marketing Executive to join our growing marketing team. In this role, youll be responsible for creating, executing, and optimising engaging email campaigns that support lead generation, client engagement, and brand growth across multiple brands and audiences.What youll be doing:Email Campaign Management Plan, create, and deliver impactful B2B and B2C email marketing campaigns tailored to diverse audience segments.Copywriting Produce compelling, relevant content for different stages of the customer journey. Journey Automation Design, build, and manage automated workflows, nurture journeys, and behavioural triggers to boost engagement and conversion.Platform Execution Use CRM systems (Freshsales, Dynamics 365) to build, test, and optimise campaigns.Testing & Quality Assurance Conduct A/B and responsive testing, rendering checks, and QA using tools like Litmus.Performance Tracking Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations to improve open rates, CTRs, conversions, and ROI.Segmentation & Targeting Define and manage data segments for precise and relevant campaign targeting.Compliance Ensure all activity adheres to GDPR and relevant data protection standards.Collaboration Partner with content, sales, design, and data teams to align messaging and brand consistency.AI Integration Leverage Co-pilot to enhance workflows and campaign effectiveness.Wed love to hear from someone that: Has at least 2 years experience in email marketing (B2B or B2C), ideally within a large or complex organisation. Is confident using Litmus (or similar), with strong HTML/CSS email coding skills. Understands marketing automation and lead nurture workflows. Has experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Freshsales, HubSpot, or Dynamics 365. Can write engaging, concise, and conversion-focused copy. Is comfortable working with generative AI tools. Brings strong analytical skills to interpret metrics and optimise campaigns. Is highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects. Understands GDPR, email compliance, and deliverability standards.Desirable skills : Basic design abilities (Canva or Adobe tools). Experience managing campaigns across multiple brands. Knowledge of customer journey mapping and persona-based targeting. Familiarity with Google Analytics or BI dashboards.Whats next?
