Executive Assistant to Board Member – FTSE-Listed Organisation
\nA rare opportunity to support a Board-level executive at a major listed company, in a role combining high-level administrative support with real exposure to governance and stakeholder management.
\nYou'll be the exec's right hand: managing a demanding, ever-changing diary, coordinating complex travel, preparing briefing materials, and acting as a trusted gatekeeper for communications. You'll also liaise directly with Board members, NEDs, senior leadership and external stakeholders, and help coordinate investor meetings, AGM activity and corporate events.
\nThis is a role for someone who thrives on anticipating needs, exercises real judgement and discretion, and is entirely comfortable operating at the most senior level of a listed business.
\nKey Responsibilities

- Full diary and inbox management, prioritising competing demands \n
- Domestic and international travel coordination, including visas and itineraries \n
- Preparing briefing packs and meeting documentation \n
- Acting as first point of contact for Board members, NEDs and senior stakeholders \n
- Coordinating meetings, events and follow-up actions \n
- Supporting investor meetings, conferences and AGM planning \n
- Expense management in line with company policy \n
Experience Required

- Significant experience supporting C-suite, Board-level or Chairman/CEO figures within a large corporate environment \n
- Experience within a listed or highly regulated business advantageous \n
- Proven track record managing diaries, inboxes, travel and senior stakeholder relationships \n
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills \n
- High discretion, professionalism and integrity handling sensitive information \n
- Calm, proactive and adaptable under pressure \n
- Strong attention to detail across multiple priorities \n
- Confident engaging with senior stakeholders; strong judgement and diplomacy \n
Location: Predominantly office-based, London
