Senior Residential Conveyancer Newcastle | Hybrid Working | Excellent Career Progression I'm currently working with a highly regarded regional law firm that is looking to recruit an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its well-established and successful property team in Newcastle. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious conveyancer looking to join a supportive, forward-thinking firm where you'll have the autonomy to manage your own caseload, backed by an experienced team and excellent administrative support. The Role You'll manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion, delivering a first-class service to clients while helping to develop the department's continued success. You'll be supported by:\n

• A dedicated Conveyancing Assistant
\n
• A shared Legal Secretary
\n
• A Post Registration Clerk
\n
• An experienced and collaborative residential property team
\n

The Work The caseload is broad and technically interesting, including:\n

\n
• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
\n
• Shared ownership transactions
\n
• New build matters
\n
• Transfer of part transactions
\n
• Rural property work
\n
• Properties involving solar panels, septic tanks and other complex title issues
\n

What They're Looking For The successful candidate will have:\n

\n
• Proven experience managing a varied residential conveyancing caseload (around 25 new instructions per month)
\n
• Strong technical knowledge across a wide range of residential property transactions
\n
• Experience using a case management system
\n
• Excellent client care and communication skills
\n
• The ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, referrers and colleagues
\n
• A proactive approach to business development and networking
\n
