• Process end-to-end payroll for a portfolio of clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.

• Handle payroll queries and provide timely resolutions to clients and their employees.
\n
• Maintain and update payroll records, ensuring all data is accurate and up to date.
\n
• Prepare and submit statutory filings such as RTI submissions and pension contributions.
\n
• Assist with payroll audits and reporting as required by clients.
\n
• Keep up to date with changes in payroll legislation and advise clients accordingly.
\n
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth payroll operations.
\n
• Provide support to the wider accounting and finance team as needed.
\n

Profile

A successful Client Payroll Specialist should have:

• Experience in payroll processing, preferably within professional services.
\n
• Knowledge of payroll systems and software, with strong attention to detail.
\n
• Understanding of UK payroll legislation and compliance requirements.
\n
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple client deadlines.
\n
• Strong communication skills for liaising with clients and resolving queries.
\n
• An adaptable and proactive approach to problem-solving.
\n
• Must have IRIS Payroll professional software (IPP) experience.

Job Offer

• Salary between £36,000 and £44,000, dependent on the level of experience.
\n
• Permanent position based in Leatherhead.
