Job Description
As a Client Payroll Specialist, you'll manage payroll processes for a portfolio of clients within the professional services industry. Your role will ensure accuracy and compliance, helping clients stay on top of their payroll obligations.

- Process end-to-end payroll for a portfolio of clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations. \n
- Handle payroll queries and provide timely resolutions to clients and their employees. \n
- Maintain and update payroll records, ensuring all data is accurate and up to date. \n
- Prepare and submit statutory filings such as RTI submissions and pension contributions. \n
- Assist with payroll audits and reporting as required by clients. \n
- Keep up to date with changes in payroll legislation and advise clients accordingly. \n
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth payroll operations. \n
- Provide support to the wider accounting and finance team as needed. \n
Profile
\nA successful Client Payroll Specialist should have:

- Experience in payroll processing, preferably within professional services. \n
- Knowledge of payroll systems and software, with strong attention to detail. \n
- Understanding of UK payroll legislation and compliance requirements. \n
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple client deadlines. \n
- Strong communication skills for liaising with clients and resolving queries. \n
- An adaptable and proactive approach to problem-solving. \n
- Must have IRIS Payroll professional software (IPP) experience. \n
Job Offer

- Salary between £36,000 and £44,000, dependent on the level of experience. \n
- Permanent position based in Leatherhead. \n
