Service Advisor – Main Dealership | Medway

Salary: Up to £28,500 + Excellent OTE, Overtime & Benefits

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:30pm

Bonus Potential: Highly achievable bonus scheme with commission opportunities, offering £7,000+ per year in additional earnings

Key Responsibilities

• Provide a warm, professional welcome to customers visiting the service department.
\n
• Book vehicles in for servicing, maintenance, and repairs.
\n
• Keep customers informed throughout the repair process, providing accurate updates and estimated completion times.
\n
• Liaise effectively with workshop technicians to ensure a smooth customer journey.
\n
• Deliver exceptional customer service while identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience.
\n
• Complete service administration accurately and efficiently.
\n
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
\n

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor or within the automotive retail industry.
\n
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
\n
• A professional, confident, and well-presented manner.
\n
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to work in a busy environment.
\n
• A positive attitude and excellent team-working skills.
\n
• Good administrative and computer skills.
\n
• A full UK driving licence.
\n
