Marketing Executive £30,000 | Manchester - 4 days office / 1 day home | Property Axon Moore are exclusively working with a well-established property business that is looking for a Marketing Executive to join them at an exciting time of change. You’ll be working across a broad range of marketing activity, getting out and about across properties, creating content and working closely with the wider lettings and property teams. The business is looking for someone who can hit the ground running, take ownership and get stuck in from day one.The Role This is a varied, hands-on marketing position where you’ll have plenty of opportunity to bring your own ideas to the table. You’ll be involved in:\n

• Creating and managing engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok
\n
• Planning, creating and scheduling organic social media content
\n
• Visiting properties and apartments to capture photo and video content
\n
• Creating marketing materials and digital assets using tools such as Canva and CapCut
\n
• Supporting the presentation and dressing of apartments to ensure they are market-ready
\n
• Updating property listings and creating creative assets to support campaigns
\n
• Working closely with lettings and property teams to support their marketing requirements
\n
• Supporting property shoots, displays and other promotional activity
\n
• Monitoring social media engagement and helping to build the brand’s online presence
\n
• Keeping marketing activity organised and up to date, including CRM updates, reporting and general administration
\n
• Bringing fresh ideas to the table and identifying opportunities to improve marketing activity
\n

About You We’re looking for someone who is creative, proactive and practical, someone who isn’t afraid to roll their sleeves up and get involved. You’ll ideally have previous experience within a marketing, content or social media role and be confident creating content yourself. You’ll bring:\n

• Previous experience within a marketing, content or social media role

• A good understanding of organic social media and creating engaging content
\n
• Experience using Canva, CapCut or similar content creation tools
\n
• A creative eye and confidence capturing photo/video content
\n
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail
\n
• A proactive approach and the ability to work independently
\n
• Strong communication skills and confidence working with different teams
\n
• A genuine interest in marketing, content and property
\n
• Property experience would be a bonus, but isn't essential
\n
