- A strong interest in mechanical engineering \n
- Experience repairing cars, motorcycles, machinery, bicycles or similar equipment would be advantageous \n
- Someone who enjoys taking things apart and understanding how they work \n
- Practical hands-on skills and a willingness to learn \n
- Good problem-solving ability \n
- Reliable and committed attitude \n
- Driving licence desirable but not essential, as occasional work may be carried out at customer sites \n

- Assisting with the manufacture and refurbishment of specialist mechanical equipment \n
- Supporting installation, maintenance and repair projects \n
- Using hand and power tools \n
- Fault finding and problem solving \n
- Working alongside experienced engineers to develop technical skills \n
- Occasional travel to customer locations to support site-based work \n
