My client is a top tier Legal 100 law firm who is hiring in its employment department for a qualified Solicitor. This team are ranked in legal directories who act for a broad range of employers across the private and public sectors.

The role

\n
• Work across both contentious and non-contentious employment matters
\n
• Advise clients in sectors such as health, local government, housing, higher education and financial services
\n
• Manage your own caseload and assist on larger, complex cases with colleagues
\n

What experience is needed

\n
• Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 4 years PQE
\n
• Strong Employment law knowledge, including advisory and Employment Tribunal experience
\n
• Ability to advise on policies, TUPE, senior exits, restructures and due diligence
\n
• Excellent client skills and a commercial, collaborative approach
\n
