- Process supplier invoices, matching them against purchase orders and goods received notes \n
- Resolve invoice queries, supplier discrepancies and maintain accurate supplier records \n
- Support month-end activities including accruals, reconciliations and reporting \n
- Complete GRNI reconciliations and investigate outstanding balances \n
- Assist with weekly payment runs, supplier statement reconciliations and aged creditor management \n
- Maintain accurate financial records, strong audit trails and support year-end audit requirements \n

- Previous experience within Purchase Ledger, Accounts Payable or a broader finance position \n
- Strong knowledge of invoice processing, reconciliations and supplier account management \n
- Ability to investigate financial discrepancies and resolve queries efficiently \n
- Good organisational skills with a high level of accuracy when handling financial data \n
- Confident communicating with suppliers and internal stakeholders \n
