\nThe Opportunity
\nWe are currently seeking a proactive and organised Customer Service Administrator to join our busy transport and logistics operation in Avonmouth.
\nThis is an excellent opportunity for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys providing outstanding customer service. Working within a supportive office-based team, you will play a key role in ensuring customer enquiries are managed efficiently and freight movements are coordinated effectively.
\nKey Responsibilities

- Support the Customer Service Manager with daily administrative duties \n
- Monitor and respond to customer emails in a timely manner \n
- Handle customer enquiries, bookings, quotations and service-related queries \n
- Liaise closely with the transport and operations teams to support customer requirements \n
- Maintain high levels of customer service and customer satisfaction \n
- Monitor outbound deliveries and provide updates to customers when required \n
- Accurately enter and update booking information using internal systems \n
- Maintain customer records and online portals \n
- Manage inbound telephone enquiries relating to deliveries and general customer requests \n
About You
\n- \n
- Previous experience within a customer service or administration role \n
- Logistics or transport experience would be advantageous but is not essential \n
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills \n
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities \n
- High attention to detail and accuracy \n
- Confident using IT systems and learning new software \n
- Positive, proactive and team-focused approach \n
