Assistant Management Accountant

Location: DerbyshireSalary: £30,000 - £40,000 (DOE)

I'm recruiting for an Assistant Management Accountant to join a successful and expanding business in Derbyshire, commutable from across Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire.

As Assistant Management Accountant, you'll:

• Produce monthly management accounts and supporting schedules
\n
• Prepare journals, accruals and prepayments
\n
• Complete balance sheet reconciliations
\n
• Manage the day-to-day finances for multiple business entities
\n
• Support month-end reporting and financial analysis
\n
• Identify opportunities to improve finance processes
\n

You'll ideally have:

\n
• Previous Assistant Management Accountant or similar experience
\n
• AAT qualified or qualified by experience
\n
• Experience producing management accounts
\n
• A proactive, organised and hands-on approach
\n
• Comfortable working within a busy SME environment
\n
