Profile

A successful Senior FP&A Manager should have:

  • A professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent.

  • Strong experience in financial planning, analysis and reporting.
  • \n
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and forecasts effectively.
  • \n
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • \n
  • Good knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.

  • A proactive approach to identifying and solving financial challenges.
  • \n
  • Experience in the not-for-profit sector is advantageous but not essential.

Job Offer
