We're looking for a highly analytical Senior Finance Business Partner to join a growing finance function and help drive smarter, faster decision-making across the organisation.

You'll transform financial and operational data into meaningful insight, build high-quality reporting, and support planning, forecasting and performance improvement initiatives.

  Produce KPI reporting, dashboards and management information

\n
• \n

  Analyse trends, variances and risks to deliver actionable insight

\n
• \n

  Build and maintain reporting solutions using Power BI and ERP data

\n
• \n

  Support budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning

\n
• \n

  Create financial models, scenarios and business cases

\n
• \n

  Improve reporting automation, data quality and governance

\n
• \n

  Partner with finance and operational teams to understand performance drivers

\n

\n
• Ideally qualified ACCA / CIMA
\n
• \n

  Strong analytical skills and the ability to present complex information clearly

\n
• Advance modelling skills are essential
\n
• \n

  Advanced Power BI and Excel capability

\n
• \n

  Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Dynamics)

\n
• \n

  Financial analysis, planning and performance reporting experience

\n
• \n

  Ability to manage multiple priorities and influence stakeholders - strong presenting skills
