Rate: £40 Umbrella

Hours: 37 per week

Duration: 3 months minimum

Social Personnel are currently recruiting for an Advanced Practitioner for a Disabilities and Additional Needs Team in Rochdale.

The Advanced Practitioner will provide professional leadership, support, and guidance to Social Workers and practitioners, ensuring high-quality assessments and interventions. You will work closely with families, partners, and communities to develop creative, strengths-based solutions that enable children and young people to thrive.

Essential experience:

• Experience working as an AP or Senior Social Worker in a Disabilities Team

• Social Work England Registration

• Degree in Social Work
