Graduate Project Manager

South Nutfield, Surrey | £25,000 - £29,000 (DOE) |Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm

We're recruiting for a Graduate Project Manager to join a fast-growing, well-established company near South Nutfield, manufacturing and installing bespoke, luxury interior steel and glass doors across the UK and overseas.

This is a brilliant opportunity for a hungry, driven graduate who wants to build a genuine career in project management. No construction or industry background is needed - full in-house training and hands-on mentoring is provided, so what matters most is your organisation, drive and willingness to learn.

What you'll be doing

\n
• Learning to organise installation teams and coordinate projects from start to finish
\n
• Communicating with clients about surveys, installations and project timelines
\n
• Attending project and showroom meetings with clients alongside the team
\n
• Sending and adapting project technical drawings
\n
• Keeping project files organised with internal and external information
\n
• Attending sales/project meetings to give updates on progress
\n
• Liaising with material suppliers on technical matters and additional requirements
\n
• Following up with clients for feedback and resolving queries
\n
• Following up on outstanding invoices
\n
• Working alongside the team to resolve project queries and keep things moving
\n

What we're looking for

\n
• A recent graduate (or equivalent) who's hungry to start a career in project management - no industry experience needed
\n
• Driven, forward-thinking and keen to learn
\n
• Extremely organised - this is essential
\n
• IT literate, comfortable with Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
\n
• Punctual with strong timekeeping and organisational habits
\n
• Good written and verbal communication skills
\n
• Able to stay calm and effective under pressure
\n
• A genuine focus on excellent customer service
\n
• Comfortable multitasking and prioritising a varied workload
\n
• Strong attention to detail
\n
